This place always has a terrific beer menu and is a spacious place to gather with friends. The bar tenders are friendly and... fast. The live music is enjoyable. My only mild complaint is that when the music is inside there is no place to dance. The patio however, is another story. Read more
The owner cares about St Pete, local business and beer. A lot. A lot lot. Now I see when everyone else is raising prices, he's... lowering his for a month, just because times are tough. So evidently he cares about people over profits. You won't find a placeor an owner like that just anywhere. Read more

Best bar in Downtown St Pete! The 32 taps (ALL AMERICAN) are usually rare and unbelievably delicious. The courtyard is very... private and large with great music on the weekends. They also have a great run club on Monday Nights. ;) Read more
I absolutely love LOVE the Ale and the Witch. Beyond the amazing beer selection, the community atmosphere, often with live... music, keeps me coming back for more.
