I?m giving one star because I have too. This restaurant is always missing something or the workers do not want to work. Either... too young lazy or no ambition or sense of urgency. I just went to this location and was told there was only two people in thestore and they cannot take orders. Seems ridiculous considering Florida is a tourist state. I wasted my time and gas to comehere to order food to be denied too bad for the owners. Read more
The doors of the building were locked at 4:00 on a Saturday evening. There was no sinage on the doors or windows indicating why... the dining area was closed. The only option was the drive thru line which was about 10 cars long. This took about 15-20 minutesfrom start to completion. We received top quality service during our visit this morning. The girl working the drive through was efficient and... professional. The food was AMAZING! So hot and fresh! The honey butter chicken biscuit was so juicy with butter! The potatoesreminded me of spuds from the old pizza chain Shaky's. Kudos go out to the girl working this morning especially! I asked for the hot honey chicken sandwich and the drive thru lady was disrespectful. She told me that it's a breakfast menu... item which it is not. I had to drive to another Wendy's where the service was much better. Read more

The kids really like them which is ALWAYS a winner when it comes to making the customer's happy & the... staff is always so kind & respectful no matter what location which is extremely important, I don't think I've ever beendisappointed, thank you to Wendy's all over the map! The food it was good, the new fries were excellent but, something sticky it was holding and blocking the soda dispenser, so all... liquids had to go through the mysterious stickiness. Nasty! Should be do a good maintence! Read more
Asked for the Wendy's breakfast deal with no meat. Received two sandwiches with sausage. Return my bag so they could fixed the... order. After a 10-minute wait and two cars passing me by I received two sandwiches and not my potatoes. Informed the young ladythat I did not receive my potatoes, received no apology complete attitude because they messed up my order. She did however goback in and get my potatoes. Read more
