Ordered ahead for pickup, thankfully i checked my order before leaving the store?they forgot an entire order of wings out of the... 2 orders we placed. Also told them the ?large fries? seemed very small. They dumped them in the trash and remade me some friesthat were ?.the exact same size. Never coming back here. The food was really good but the wait was way too long. Ordered at 10 didn't get my food until 10:40. According to the other... reviews this is not a one off thing. If I go back I'll be sure to order ahead and wait 30 minutes before heading to the store. Read more
Wings are great first and foremost! But it was a football Sunday so I knew they were going to be busy. So I ordered ahead online... and was given a 40 minute pickup time. I got there in 45 minutes just to give a buffer. To my surprise it still wasn't readyyet. I noticed there were only two employees working that afternoon shift. Two females that were trying their hardest tofulfill all the orders. I watched as people were walking in to order and were told it would be a 50 or 60 minute wait. Sonaturally they left. Management just let money fly out the door I thought. Back to my story though... 50 minutes later Ifinally my food. It only took 1 hr and 35 minutes to prepare, cook and bag 10 chicken wings. Now I could give them one star butthe wings are great ????. The ladles worked hard, were polite and apologetic for my experience. I don't know if someone calledout... it could just be poor management. So if you go your might be long and frustrating... but if you wait you might get somegreat food. Read more
I can only give this location 2 stars because although the food is good the service is horribad. I've patronized this business a... few times now to give them a chance and no matter what time of the day it is it takes them way too long to get started on myorders and unless I go in myself to pick up deliveries come with missing dip sauce and such. It sucks because the staff seemsnice. But I doubt they will change their practices without a proper review. Read more
We walked in, placed an order. After ordering they tell us that it will be 45 minutes till we receive our food. Due to only... having 2 people on staff. Still not understanding what that has to do with it, since there are an abundance of fryers to cookour said order. There are currently 6 tickets hanging on the line, with just 2 other people dining in at this time. The food, once you get it, is great but the service...not so much. No matter if you order online, thru the app or by calling it... in, your order will not be ready as they promise. It seems as if they just don't have enough staff. I stopped coming herebefore. I guess the issue still exists. ???? Read more
Do not get the Thigh Bites. 10% meat, the rest just breading. Most of the pieces are super small, half of the pieces I can't... even tell if it has chicken in it or if it's just straight sauced breading. Read more
What abysmal customer service! The boy (i won't say man because he acted like a petulant boy) who originally helped with my... order was a complete jerk! He also would not tell me his name. My online order was WRONG and he processeded to tell me that hedidn't want to hear my BS about my order being incorrect (his exact words!!) . After 3 attempts at my order, and a managerfinally coming out and helping I got my correct order (20 minutes later). The food was actually good, service HORRIBLE! Read more
