The food was great but the wait was long since there?s only 2 people working as servers and front desk at the same time.
Server was good. He may have been the only one there. Drinks were good. Food was horrible. Margarita chicken lacked any flavor... and tasted/felt like processed chicken. Absolutely horrible. First let me say that our server was great. But the rest of our experience was very sub par. We waited forever to be seated, ... with whole sections empty. We were seated next to the bar and it was piled high with dirty glasses and dishes, and no one wasbartending. Our appetizer never came, and eventually we were told they were out of what we order. When I food finally came, itwas over cooked and portions burned. The floor was covered in trash. We definitely regret waiting for the food, we waited solong that we discussed several times paying for our tea and leaving. We definitely won't go back. Read more
The restaurant was not busy at all. The waiter was amazing. However there was flies everywhere. The food tasted like old oil.... Everyone that ate there ended up puking sick within 2 hours of eating there. We will never eat there again. Read more
The bartender was the only server. She tried her best but it was a very disappointing lunch with my grandson. When my loaded... cheese fries came (it was my meal), they were barely warm and were terribly overheated or cooked. The cheese was all dried andcrunchy. We ordered the fried pickles and I had to ask for those when she brought the main courses. Again, it was not entirelyher fault, bc she was alone. However, I have waited tables before and I would have never served the loaded cheese fries to acustomer. As you can see by the picture, the cheese was melted to a hard crisp. Read more

My husband was not even able to bite into his habanero chicken. It was like straight gristle he literally could not get his... teeth to go into any piece except for 1. No clue what the heck was wrong with it it was horrible. Food was cold. This was ourfirst time trying this chilis. It was a COMPLETE waste of our gift cards we got for my birthday. Broccoli tasted how a boyslocker room smells salads where good and that?s about it. Medium rare steak was not seasoned and looked like a hamburger patty.Definitely not worth $19.00 . We did Togo since we live only 5 minutes away if that, but I had to put my steak on the grillbecause it was cold and had to season it myself. Read more
Typical chain type atmosphere. The waitress was inattentive and we were only one of 2 tables when we arrived. To be honest, the... service was so blatantly bad I will not return to this location even if someone else were paying for it. Appetizer was wrong andtook quite a while to be corrected. I ordered bottomless chips, salad, and soup. Was only offered a refill on my salad whicharrived with my friend's entree (she had already eaten her salad). I had to ask if I was getting my soup when my friend askedfor a to-go box for her food. When I asked for the soup the waitress asked what kind I had already eaten. I never got it! Sherolled her eyes and said, "Loaded Baked Potato, right?" 8 min later it arrived. She never came back to see if I needed a refillon ANYTHING but salad. We were never offered drink refills and we were there an hour and a half. We had to flag her down toorder dessert. I got the molten chocolate cake and the center was a solid lump of chocolate. I get that people have bad days andI understand being understaffed these days but I expect alot more when I am spending over $35 on lunch for one person.
