Great service on the weekends! But not so great on a Thursday. Waited a long time for our food to be served. My Drinking glass... smelled like dog sweat. Got ignored by waiter and not to mention the burnt stiff pancakes and bacon, later realized it wasprobably warmed-over. But like I said great service on weekends with nice fresh fluffy pancakes! Went for lunch on Monday, Labor Day. Stepped in at 1 pm and wasn't seated until 2pm. Not surprising as it was a holiday. What... was a surprise was that they were out of half the menu items. Server explained to us that "they", management I presume, were notready for the holiday weekend. I've heard this most of my visits to this particular restaurant. I keep trying and it's the samestory every time. Anyways, what menu items that were available took another hour to deliver to our table. Not all at onceeither. I had finished my meal before my hasbrowns finally arrived and it was a blackened brick of potatoes covered in oil. Theover all service, quality and experience would be zero stars if I could. When I cashed out I was asked how everything was andtold them it was terrible. She did ask if I had spoke with management about it. I did not see the point as even a free mealwould not have been adequate compensation. I chose to pay for my meal and never give this location my business ever again. My family ate a late lunch there. It was crowded but we were still seated quickly. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. ... It took about fifteen minutes for our food and it was good. My wife has a special diet and the cook made her meal to order withno problems. I always recommend them to my friends. Read more
We apparently arrived at shift change with no announcement. We waited for about 8 minutes before a server came to our table to... assist us. She was polite an took order and quickly brought our drinks. The place appeared to be clean where customers were notseated. Another person brought out food, not the complete order but some. The original server showed back and asked if needanything, we told of rest of order, she went and got the remains. The foods ordered did have a good taste, and servings wereample. I just don't understand why we had to wait for 8 minutes to be served and then have 2 different people to deliver whatone person with a tray could have done alone. When it was time to checkout a server was blocking the aisle talking to someoneelse preventing people from passing. Would not move, went around an aisle to get to register to pay and just before I get thereshe jumps in line. I wait, lady at register says she will be with me in a bit, I say I hope so, had to wait to order food andnow have to wait to pay. Asked why I am mad, tell them I'm not mad just irritated. I explained what the lady had done and shelooks at me and says get over it old man. Another person comes to run a different register and check me out, and then goes slowand takes time to circle area about online survey. I explain I have voiced opinion to manager and she says "it is better to doit online." Read more

My husband and I ordered the chicken tender dinner. I ordered a salad also. Ended up having to ask for my salad. She had... forgotten. Normally they bring biscuits or corn bread to the table while your waiting had to ask for them, Then when thewaitress brought our food to us she said fries would come shortly, we waited and waited, saw other tables foods being broughtout with their fries, ours never came. Biscuits were raw and looked like they had been saved from precious tables, one lookedlike it had been eaten off of. Salad had bacon bits but were a grease ball and ice cold. The mac n cheese was like water withblack stuff in it. The chicken tenders were dripping with grease and were so rubbery you couldn't even pull them apart much lesschew them. Tasted like they were fried in old oil. Waited to speak to waitress about issues she never came back to table. Spoketo manager she said she would take care of it. So when the waitress did come back to our table she said we only had to pay forhalf the meal. I stated we didn't even get a meal. She's said oh, you didn't get your fries, would you like me to put them ina to go box!!! I said no I don't want to take home cold fries and I'm not paying for any of this so called meal. Got up andleft. The food has always been pretty good but the service and quality or care has gone to pot. Also the restaurant was notvery busy at all. I guess that should have been a warning as usually at this time they are packed.. Will definitely be a longtime before we return. Hopefully by then the food quality will equal the prices you pay.
