5 of us Saturday at 8pm. The drinks and rolls were brought out quickly. First set of rolls were older, the second set nice and... hot. Three of us had salads that were old, lettuce was soggy and cucumbers see through. We were missing a silverware and askedfor one, waitress got distracted on the way to get it, I pulled one from the hostess?s stand. I ordered the Sirloin medium itcame out with the correct sides and was cooked nicely. Another ordered the 12 oz ribeye medium and it came out well done,comparable to leather. The third ordered medium 16 oz ribeye and it came out rare. Two ordered the Logan?s wood grilled chicken,tasted very different than it normally does, especially the rice pilaf. Our last member ordered the everything salad and it wasnever placed. The waitress did not acknowledge the fact his entree was missing, he had to track her down and ask about it. Afteranother 10 minutes he just canceled as the rest of us were finished. This is our third time with a less than great experience,I see why they had max 10 tables filled on a Saturday night. I have been to this location a few times before but this was by far my worst experience. When we arrived no one was at the... hostess station so we waited. They chose a booth for us that needed to be cleaned, (they didn't even tell us it would be aminute, not even a word), so we waited. (They were not busy at all and had a whole lot of empty tables). We ordered Onion Ringsfor an appetizer along with our drinks (no more onion petals). At this time we didn't order our food yet. The waitress broughtour drinks and we were still not ready so she went to get us rolls. We finally ordered our food. The waitress came over at somepoint and asked if we got our onion rings when early she told us they would be out shortly. Well they finally came out after wegot our food, after waiting that long you would think they would have been great. They looked disgusting. I don't know if theydidn't have the oil hot enough or what. It looked like a glob of goo. Not only that, they use to bring your salad out beforeyour meal. I thought maybe they changed it but other tables starting getting their salads before the meal. When they brought ourfood my husband said what about her salad. They did bring my salad out finally. The only thing Management did was apologizedabout the onion rings and they took them off the bill. ( Which they would have anyway because we didn't even eat them). Very good! Came in on my way back home to Houston. Had the chicken breast with rice, sweet potato and a Ceasar salad. All good!... Maybe a bit heavy on the dressing of the salad, but not a deal breaker by any means. Staff was friendly. Price reasonable. Would recommend! Read more
