Every time I order deliver with this dominoes I get reminded of how horrible they are. I?m pregnant and this is the only... dominoes that delivers to my area so as a pregnant tired woman I prefer delivery majority of the time. I rate the pizza a 2,it?s always cold and dry?like no Marinara sauce at all, just dry bread. This place has been horrible for years. I usually driveto the dominoes 10 mins from my house when I want fresh good pizza because I love dominoes but this one specific dominoes isHORRIBLE. Shut the whole facility down please. Read more

Called in order at 3:05pm, 7/08/22. Ordered medium Philly cheesesteak and medium Meatzzza. Picked up from window 15 minutes... later. Philly pizza had no veggies on it, only steak pieces . Meatzza had no pepperoni, no ham, 7 pieces of sausage( ordered 2extra toppings of sausage). Cost was $35.82. Young lady who took my order was very pleasant but very hard to understand. Couldtell she was referring to printed scrip. Have ordered these identical pizzas previously and they were outstanding. Had to berestaurant staffs fault. Read more
Very upset with the customer service at the Lorriane rd store in Gulfport, Ms. I ordered two pizza's tonight 5/13 at 851pm. It... took a while for it to be on its way, which is understandable. I live 4 mins away though! At 934pm, the tracker said my pizzawas delivered. I was waiting at my door when the tracker said the Deliver (Dylan) was on his way. 4 mins!! Then my app said thepizza was delivered. I wait about 3 mins before I called the store. I spoke to Rosa and explain I haven't received my order andthe app said it was delivered. She passed the phone to a man which didn't give his name. He apologized and stated the guy hadtwo orders on the route that I should receive my order with in a few mins. I began to tell him that the app said delivered overten minutes ago. I live 4 mins away. So I waited another 25 minutes without seeing or hearing nothing! I called the store againto cancel my order 10:05pm. The girl (Rose) didn't apologized and told me that my refund should be back in my account 3-5bisness days. I asked should be or will be? I really can't believe it take 3-5 days for a refund. FYI, good customer servicewould have A: apologized and said we will take care of you, the deliverer must of made and error and we will put you on top ofour list as priority and get that pizza to you immediately and we will give you a half refund or maybe a free drink or somethingOr B: I'm really sorry about the mix up. Can I refund you and offer a free pizza for another date. But I wasn't offeredanything, I was told a lie about the another order being on the route. A four minute drive from the store to my home! As aStore Team Leader of a Retail store myself, I understand staffing issues if this may have been the problem? BUT, Domino's needsto teach their employees how to handle situations like this. I love the food! The employees are wonderful. My delivery driver was great. Here is what I don?t like?. I use to enjoy ordering... prior to getting home so I would arrive just prior to the pizza. Well now I am no longer in their delivery area. I do notunderstand why this has happened, but it?s awful. I placed an order today to pick up but I fear I will have to order pizza fromthe restaurant that does deliver to my address. It?s a sad day. Read more
This particular store is amazing. They and are more than willing to go the extra mile. I needed 29 pizzas for a school party... and I needed them ready for 10:30am (they open at 10:30). I got there and was able to get my entire order by 10:25. Greatcustomer service!!! Read more
Order here all the time. Food is always ready when they say and I've never had an issue with an order. The only reason i gave 4... stars is that this last time i went in to get the food as opposed to using the drive through window. While the guy that checkedme out was both polite and helpful, I especially didn't like standing there listening to the guy behind him say f this and fthat. And the fact that he saw me and still didn't care i thought was odd. Read more
This is my favorite dominos on the coast. Amazing and service. I?ve had numerous problems with every other location in Gulfport... but this one. They have always given me my pizza on time and they are extremely nice upon pickup. Pizza is always hot anddelicious! I recommend the Chicken Parm oven Baked Sandwich! Read more
