I really liked it. Their take on Mac and cheese is quite interesting. I tried the chicken Parm signature bowl, and it tasted... pretty good. The pasta was well cooked and wasn't soggy. The sauce was tangy and creamy. I took a bit of the best of both worldssandwich, and that was amazing. The short ribs were tender, bbq sauce was tangy, and had a really good cheesey ooze factor. Ireally regret not getting the short rib bowl, but that's what next time is for. I didn't love the Mac and cheese bites, but theywere really crispy and soft in the middle. I was disappointed the cheese flavor wasn't more pronounced. The store was reallyclean and pretty cute. The staff was nice too. Overall I would definitely come back to try more in hopes of being blown away. Read more

I have dined in at I heart Mac and Cheese twice now and I highly recommend them! For my first visit - My husband and I were so... excited when we heard about this restaurant opening! My husband decided he wanted to go here for his birthday lunch since theyopened on his birthday and we are so glad we did! First off, the staff was so nice! Everyone we interacted with explained eachstep to us as we went and everyone was so friendly ?? I got the chicken parm bowl and my husband made his own bowl with shortribmeat. We shared the mac and cheese bites as well as the cheesecake bites. Everything was delicious! For my second visit, whichwas earlier this month (March), my husband and I both actually ordered the same mac and cheese bowl as last time because theywere sooo good! Eaten at I Hear Mac & Cheese twice already and been very happy each time! My first experience was during their "soft opening,"... and yeah yeah it was a bit chaotic but it was also glorious. Anyone expecting perfection on opening night has never beeninvolved in opening anything. Staff was super friendly and supportive despite the pressure they were under. (Good job, folks!)Food was great and place was immaculate. I could be wrong but I think somebody was dedicated to just cleaning up as soon ascustomers leave, so it was easy to find a clean spot, even when it was ppppaaaacked! Second visit was much calmer and quieter.Staff was much more relaxed and helped with some recommendations. Enjoyed that I can see my food being prepared and canvisually inspect the whole operation. Again, food was GREAT and I thought the cheese was gooey and creamy and all the deliciousstuff I would expect it to be. Also, it is about $10/bowl but it is a LARGE bowl of food. I get full, and that is no smalltask. Haven't tried a grilled cheese, YET! Hope to try one soon. But the Mac & Cheese still holds the highest ranking in myheart. Read more
W O W !! What a great idea. Who doesn?t like (make that LOVE) macaroni and cheese? My husband and I went tonight and were... very impressed. He had the Sweet and Spicy Skinny and I built my own bowl. No way to be disappointed with the choices theyoffer to make a delicious meal. And the staff were on the ball. Such a delightful interaction with a very energetic andfriendly staff. We just ate here on their soft opening. Staff and owners are very respectful and ensure your visit was the best it could have... been. The chicken parm bowl and the Best of Both worlds sandwich was out of this world good. Once the crew gets some shiftsunder their belt, they will be a fine tuned machine.
