Being packed at 12pm I went through the line quickly and received my food pretty timely. I had gotten a Caesar wrap and a potato... soup. The wrap for me was dry I felt if it came with a dressing it would have been perfect. Also came with a dill pickel on theside. The soup had cheese, bacon, and green onion bits in it. Had flavor but was cold and I like my soups warm at lest so thatdisappointed me. I will be back but to try something else. Read more
Wow. Had basically no ingredients. Which I understand the shortages, but there was no point of being open at this location. ... Even worse was the lady working the front counter had an attitude. NOT friendly. Not a welcoming environment. And the smell ofthe restaurant was bad. I usually love McAlisters, but this one was the WORST I've been to. Don't waste your time! Read more
I normally don?t rate restaurants. I?ve stopped at this locations many times. We?ve always felt welcome and enjoyed the food. We... stopped 8/2/22 6:52 pm and walked in to place an order. There were 3 people at the counter with a manager in the kitchen areayelling to what I thought was the 2 of the standing there. 1 of the 3 walked back to the kitchen and started doing what appearedto be an order, one took my order while the other was getting yelled at. I don?t know about others and I?m only speakingmyself. It is extremely unnecessary to do an employee the way this employee was being done behind closed doors. It wasunprofessional and unacceptable to this this to the employee in a store full of paying customers. I felt sorry for the girl andfrom overhearing the yelling the manager was being what seemed to dramatically acting. I wish I had gotten the employee beingyelled at name because she needs to be recognized for handle it like a pro and not taking her little self right out the door tofind herself a better place to work. Not super impressed with main entre items, but the loaded baked potato was absolutely amazing! Good mac n cheese too. The baked... potato is a meal in itself. Read more
I normally don't give bad reviews to a restaurant (I go to management) and this is not because of the employees or location.... They were doing the best they could.. This concerns McAlister's CORPORATE. Out of half the menu including corn beef, bacon,chicken, tomatoes and some other items. Had a sign up indicating this and we ordered anyway. Then my wife makes a simple requestfor some ranch as she ordered her sandwich dry. Emplyee said "okay but I have to charge you for that". This would be okay ifthe sandwich wasn't missing half the normal Ingredients and we were paying the same price as if it weren't. Completelyridiculous, McAlister's CORPORATE you've got to do better. At least give the employees a little leeway in cases where therestaurant is out of half the menu. Not a good experience. McAlister's is normally good but beware. Read more
4/15/22 update: we've been back 3 times since my 2021 update, and I can comfortably say that under this current new management,... things are great here. The food is always delicious, fresh, hot, and even picture worthy. It usually takes no longer than 15minutes to get your food. store is really clean and the tables are always bussed. There's even a big lunch crowd most days. Thereal winner is this manager. She's knowledgeable, calm, excited to teacher her staff, and works with them. More places wouldbenefit from a manager like this. 1/10/21 edit: the service can be subpar. They are constantly out of items, and thecommunication is lacking. For that reason, I would NOT recommend ordering through Google. While the process is seamless and soconvenient and easy; with the store always missing ingredients, your order will most likely take longer to prepare as well as beincorrect or missing. They don't even call you to ask in advance about the problem, they wait until you're in person which iswasting more time. Mcalister's really needs to improve on service and proper preparing and ordering. Original review: Theatmosphere was cozy. Food was hot, tasty, and came really quickly! The tea is sweet and cold.
