This McDonald?s right now is so busy with the closure of highway 49 at the rr tracks. So depending on the time of day if you are... doing drive-through expect a wait. The service was as quick as it could be, and the food hot. Read more
The Long Beach location is great in the mornings. Decent breakfast, decent staff, fast service. But during lunch and dinner... hours, it's a different story. They always get your order wrong, you are always requested to pull up, and if your order iscorrect you end up getting it cold. The lobby is always closed even though there is literally no reason. If you are looking fora good place to eat in downtown Long Beach, do not go to any fast food place. They're all as bad as McDonald's. Read more

When you repeat yourself TWICE at the speaker and they STILL mess up your order. Like, why even ask if it?s correct if you?re... not going to make it correct?! The other day I went and they got my order wrong THREE times. They just do not care and it?s sad.The morning shift is great. Whatever shift after that is not. It?s probably the slowest McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. This is legit the fifth time I?ve left the drive-through after having... been sitting in it for 15 minutes because I want breakfast to get to the front for them to tell me they won?t honor breakfasteven though it just flipped two minutes past ten thirty . but had they moved at a proper pace then it wouldn?t be a problem .who sits in a drive-through for more than 15 minutes??!
