We went there for lunch and to stretch out after long driving so our toddler boys can play while we can eat peacefully. The boys... is have fun with the playground as well as the food they ate. This place was horrible waiting in line for 45 minutes as 5 cars left drive thru.would have left myself if I wouldn't have had... children that wanted a happy meal!! So order after being skipped over by 4 others in different order line. Paid and left butstopped to double check thankfully. Went in side to get remainder of my order found out I had to wait behind 3 other drive thruorders that had been also messed up. Caution stopping at this location late. LAZY! LAZY! LAZY! If you don't want to work, then stay at home. There's other people looking for jobs, but they're taken by... people who want a free ride. This location is full of lazy employees. They'll tell you a machine is broke at the drive through,but when you get to the window and ask about it, they'll tell you everything works. This is the norm at this location. Had extremely low expectations walking in the door. Somehow the whole experience hit a new low. Ordered a Happy Meal and... cheeseburger. Simple order. All food was cold when picked it up from the counter. The drink area was a disaster as someone hadspilled a full drink all over the counter, lid container and straws. Employees are clueless. Regular ole Micky D's. Everything that you know about one, pretty much sums all of them up. This one is clean though. I do give... them that and it's up to date with kiosk for fast order.. best thing I can tell you is download the app and see what all itoffers. Some days you walk out with a free burger or fries.. something at least once a week. Read more
We pull up for breakfast through the drive threw. We came to the second window no one charged us. Went to the second window. We... asked if we can order an extra tea she said we would have to go around and order again. That was fine no big deal but She thenhanded the food which was not our order. She closed the window and we waited for her to open it. I told her we were missing ourdrinks. She then asked us what was our order and ask for a receipt. We told her we have not payed for our food. we asked herhow much was our order and she said I don?t know. She then calls a manager she just looks at the screen and confirms our foodorder and She ask for the food they gave us. I thought they could not do that. After she took the food she walks away. Doesn?tsay anything. the lady from the second window looks at us and we ask how much is our order and says I don?t know. We drove awayand didn?t get our food. It was a bad service all the way around. It was Tuesday afternoon when we went, it was crowded, workers were busy inside kitchen, nobody on the counter to attend Cash... orders, those who ordered already complaining about waiting for an hour, one of the customer not happy with the service andarguing with staff, It was pretty lively! Buns stale, fries stale and hamburgers were dry, smaller in size. Coke was delicious. We noticed same thing at our hometown... McDonald's in Brunswick which was really surprising. We love McDonald's but not up to par. We won't even get into the icecream machines. Thanks for listening. Read more
