I was so excited to try this place as I had heard so many great things about other locations. So to finally have one literally 9... minutes away.. score!! Unfortunately not a great score. I don't know if it was because I had an online order and picked up, thatmade my food thrown together, but it was. I ordered 3 tacos which I was able to build to my liking(major plus) So I got steak.The steak was cooked greatly only very very unseasoned. The 3 soft tacos were side by side, all of which had a different amountof steak and toppings(not good). Two of the tacos literally had 4 tiny chunks of steak which were buried under a bunch ofveggies that should have been cut up a bit more. Damn near had a half a bell pepper in one taco. One taco, I bit into a hugechunk of onion quarter. All three tacos were almost inedible as I had to come home and use my own taco shells because they werecompletely soggy and full of juice. As soon as I picked them up, they all bust through the soggy shells. I also ordered theguacamole and chips. The guacamole was unseasoned, no lime juice, however it was creamy with great texture. I ordered the cheesedip and chips as well. The cheese dip was cold, not even warm. Warmed it up in my microwave (no biggie). Only gave me one bag ofchips although I ordered two chip items. I also ordered a side of salsa which was very thin and watery, nothing like the picturethat's being depicted on it's site. Overall, the outside and inside was small but very clean. Quick pick up and go. But the foodhonestly needs more seasonings bad. I was so disappointed. But willing to give them another try...maybe. Read more
Food was on par for dash casual. The rating is bc I ordered the surf and turf burrito ? the price was different in the store vs... online..no price is listed at the store.. I asked and was told oh corporate updates our prices so that?s what we charge. (Thesystem wouldn?t let me order online). Maybe you pay extra to be served in the store. Stumbled upon this place and I ended up going there 3 times in one week, the food was delicious and the getting to create your... own Burrito or Bowl definitely gives you more options. The food was Great but the service was even better, the whole entirestaff were very friendly and welcoming, however Linda was my favorite one, her service was absolutely the best and she seems towant to make sure that your experience is the best that it could possibly be and she even sparked up a casual conversation andthat was refreshing to just get in a quick little convo. I?ve been to a lot of Qdobas. It?s honestly one of my favorite burrito places, so I was very excited when I heard there would be... one kinda close (I live in Ocean Springs). I drove 30 mins to get lunch today because I had some free time before my nextmeeting. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I?m not sure if I received subpar servings because it was a to goorder, but this place won?t last a year based on other reviews and the quality of my burrito today. It was basically all riceand veggies to the point I checked my receipt to see if I had selected veggie burrito, and not even full. This isn?t even closeto the quality I?m used to from Qdoba. I hope I?m wrong and things get better. My Wife?s bowl seems to be good, so maybe it wasjust a burrito thing. Came back to edit that the steak in my Wife?s bowl isn?t even chewable. Not sure what?s going on at thisplace, but it?s not good. Read more
The food was good but it was overall disappointing experience. My bowl was underfilled, with the server putting a 1/2 scoop of... beans in, just a few pieces of lettuce etc. but it does look like they got the protein portions right. Other competitors servelarger portions for sure. Out of curiosity, I counted and there were 14 people working and we were the only customer. (By thetime we left there were a few other families). Most staff seemed flustered, unsure of what to do, and the person who startedmaking our bowl stopped mid scoop of food to tell two other staff members that they needed to ?stop talking and separate or theywere going to get into trouble.? That could have been said at any other time and discreetly, not in front of customers. Despite14 employees working there was food and trash on the floor and tables so it felt a little dirty and gross. Overall it?s clearthe management needs better training, a leaner team, and probably requires a little more ?owners presence? for such a newlocation. Staff are only as good as their managers, and managers are only as good as their training and examples set by theowners. Not sure if I?d be back. Read more
First time coming by for lunch today. Was extremely excited, but excitement didn?t last long. Outside the building looks great, ... nice patio area with lights. On the inside though, extremely small. There are only two or three tables that actually fit 4people the rest are two seaters. We were lucky enough to get one of the bigger tables. Other then that, there isn?t much room.The menu isn?t very visible depending where you are in the line. I know this is a new place, but staff seem flustered and fooddidn?t seem proportional. Daughters mini bowl was drowned with cheese sauce, and my burrito was not properly rolled, and I saythat compared to similar restaurants, my tortilla was very frail and it basically fell apart and was not able to be handled as awhole, which would of been fine if I had some type of plate or bowl under it, but was only able to use the crumbled aluminum theburrito came in. Along with paying for side of chips seems a little out there, and was told I could only get them if I got thecheese dip which was lukewarm. I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt and will try and give it a second chance. Willupdate depending on second dine in experience. Read more
