I would not trust the employees with caring how they prepare the food and drinks. I have been picking up the plastic gloves for... weeks now in their parking lot. Must not have enough trashcans when they get off work. I spoke to someone about it last week andasked if they use the gloves I found shattered in a parking area. It's not where the guests park. It is where the employeespark. Someone just throws them on the ground after their shift. I asked for a manager but she asked why and I told her why andall she did is walked inside and yelled some things as I left. I thought she will let the manager know someone is trashing ourstreets with plastic. Update today 8-15-22. Think they are mocking me now. Read more
I only go to this one because it is close to where I live. Lately they have been horrible with orders. Today drew the line for... me. Ordered 3 floats, which was $4 a piece!, just to receive a cup FULL of ice cream with a literal SPLASH of soda!!! Ordered online 15 minutes before I got to this Sonic. 3 simple items. I arrive and check in know the app, after a few minutes... everything is cleared off so it must have beeb acknowledged? I've been waiting 35 minutes for a medium chili cheese tots, afrito burrito and a limeade. And everyone else's food is zooming by Edit: I had to press the button and ask what's going on, afee seconds after, my food is brought out and the server says the guy didn't bring it out because he was talking in the back,and then my order was wrong too! Decent burgers. Don't like the utter lack of a sear on the burger patties. I guess rubber gray is the new way. Less flavor and... over salted. Such a simple step would make for a massive improvement in flavor and texture. Read more
I went to this sonic this past weekend. I sat at the speaker for a while wait for someone to take my order. The foods, OK ice cream and milkshakes are better. Just doesn?t seem to be as good as it used to but not bad.
