I might have gone on a bad day but, I stopped by a few weeks ago around 11:05 on my lunch break, and it took almost 30 minutes... to get my food. Everyone I spoke to was not in a good mood, and my food was luke-warm by the time I got it. I arrive back towork late where my coworkers told me to never come here. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger toaster combo with a large cherry limeade and a medium mozzarella sticks with a large... limeade and the total was 17.46. They gave me a fully dressed single stack cheeseburger toaster with a medium drink, the foodwas cold and the waiter didn?t give the right change back definitely won?t be coming back. Since I've been requested numerous times to update this negative review I'll do just that. My opinion remains the same. The... service is terrible. Hire some Chick-fil-A workers. ???? No cream for the soda, but overall pretty good coney dog.
Literally had to wait over 20 mins for 2 drinks that weren?t even made properly according to our order. Since when is a slush... mowing but iced cool aid and not much ice at that? Also I didn?t know real cherries was now liquid syrup instead of actualcherries. Read more
I am thoroughly disappointed in this sonic. I did have my ratings 3 years ago at a 4 star but I went back tonight to get 1... Strawberry milkshake and 1 Peanut butter sonic blast. The strawberry milkshake Was more watery than the consistency should havebeen and I ordered it with no cherry on it cherry owner because my wife is allergic to them. I sent it back to them and toldthem that it was not the right consistency Not even a few minutes later she came back with the same shake and a cherry on topAnd still they could not get it right. As for the sonic peanut butter blast all they did was put ice cream in a cup withcrumbled peanut butter instead of mixed in like it should have been. I went ahead and took the order with me even though it waswrong I told them I would not be back in that and that I would go to the one an hwy 49 in Gulfport because they never get mayorder wrong. I've used the sonic app to mobile order a couple of time in the last few months. I order from right there in the stall. I always... grt my food in a timely manner, it's always made properly and good. They don't pay attention to the additional sauces, even if Ipay for them, and the don't put the requested condiments in the bag. Other than that, service has been consistently timely andfood has been good. All staff has been friendly. Read more
