Whoever was apart of the crew for morning shift on November 3rd were some of the most hard working and sweetest people. Despite... customers being negative towards them the crew kept their heads and did an amazing job. Through the whole 20-30 minutes I wasthere I never saw any negativity from the crew. Worst Starbucks experience I?ve ever had. I?m originally from Connecticut visiting Mississippi for the first time the way I was... treated by your employee I believe her name is Tabitha was disgusting! Shame on you first off we called at 9:00pm asking if wecould get service if we arrived at 9:20pm. She claimed that if we arrived before 9:30pm we would get service so why theattitude. My husband is a truck driver and we just wanted some good coffee before heading to Florida! She seemed to have a chipon her shoulder and an attitude for no apparent reason. Sorry it took me a minute to load my Starbucks mobile app card! Honestlythe only reason this place is getting a one star is because the gentleman with the red hair was on the other hand was friendlyand nice! After being trapped in the drive through for half hour and making me late for an appt, the two girls at the window had no idea... how to utilize the Starbucks app. They should at least get rid of that median.
