Only 2 cars in the line in front of me, took way more time than it should have. No one was asked to pull forward to wait on... their orders, making the line more efficient. The person at the window was very nice, but even my simple order (ready in the bagsitting there) took her longer as she takes the time to stock napkins, before handing it to me. Read more
Quick service and hot fresh food. My only complaint is the speaker. You can barely hear the order taker. But thats on... maintenance not the service itself. Read more
They are the worst Wendy?s on the coast they close at one but stop serving at 12 then they will have you sitting at the speaker... for a good 30 minutes before asking you what do you want or they don?t answer at all I been giving them the benefit of the doubtbut not any more I will be reporting them Read more
I'm usually not one to leave bad reviews but, when you make me wait 20 minutes for ONE sandwich, while being rude and truthfully... not caring at all about the massive line starting to fully wrap around the building simply because y'all have 6 people workingwho are working as slow as snails. To top it all off my sandwich was COLD. Not hot, not lukewarm, literally cold to the pointwhere I have to cook it myself. I could have saved my money and time for all that, very disappointed. Worst Wendy?s ever!!! They do not have any lights (so you can read in the dark). I?ve mentioned this about three years... ago. When there is no one in line (drive-threw) they answer ?Give me moment? while the other employees are outsidesmoking. The food is terrible and the place stinks. I saw rats, and roaches along with termites outside in the vicinity beforesaying to myself - I deserve better. Humans deserve better. This store is a shame. Read more
I'd estimate 90% of their business is drive thru; they don't really seem to care about walk in/dine in customers. The staff... failed to answer simple questions like: what's on your new sandwich? I was displeased with what I got, no refund or replacementoffered, after asking. It's a hole in the driveway between 2 hotels. I don't think it'll be anything more unless things changefor the better. Wendy's keeps its loved traditional items as well as offers a variety of new menu items that are always worthy of trying. Some... items are a little more than value price but you definitely get what you pay for because you can't beat their Classic Burgersnor find any in comparison in taste or quality . And they also have many awesome value priced menu items you can't shake a stickat including the beloved FROSTY! Read more
