Ordered a double bacon cheese online from work, my boss went to pick up everyone's food since we were busy. Got back and they... gave me a single hamburger. Called to let them know, told them I was not able to get back up there. They said they would notatedit so I could get it at a later date. $1 small vanilla iced coffee is a good deal and they are pretty tasty ! My order totaling $1.08 and If pay with a dollar and a... dime that means I get 2 cents back yes that?s rights 2 Pennie?s My 2 Pennies that I worked for and should not have to ask forthem back and you should not just keep them without asking !! I had ordered two 8pc chicken nuggets and a large fry. Fries were cold and the chicken nuggets were old. I suggest not to come... here. Had to throw this food away that I had paid for, place definitely needs new management! Read more
Great new look with the remodel but same issues. Food is not cooked to BK standards and staff could not care less. If you... don't mind poor quality fast food and listening to staff exchanging F bombs while you dine, this might work.....lol. I ordered everything on line and paid for it so I could just drive up and pick up my order. I arrive 30 minutes later and give... the voice speaker my order number, advance to the window as directed, get a receipt, and wait behind someone at the next windowfor 15 minutes, drive forward when they get their order and sit at the window 20 minutes while my order is made. No point inordering on line because my order was never made. Two nights prior to this, I simply asked about the family entire selectionsand the person manning the speaker couldn't answer a simple question-"what entries can we choose?" Repeatedly told to hold onthen left to just sit there for 20 minutes without anything getting answered. We drove off. Go only if you don't mind a waitdon't have to adm questions and don't use on line ordering. Food was average not terrible. They don't door dash btw. Doubt wewill go back. Asked for NO PICKLE & NO TOMATOES & THIS IS WHAT I GET..... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER, SERVICE IS HORRIBLE & MANAGEMENT SEEMS TO HAVE... NO CARE...
