The short of it: It took 4 hours to get the order out correctly and the customer service was appallingly bad. The long of it:... The woman hung up on me 2x when I called to request they correct a mistake on an order I?d placed for my wife who was working inKemp for the day. The owner (I think) was rude and unprofessional. She went on and on arguing with me saying she?d made the mealherself and insisting it was correct. She made us send a pic of the food to show her that ingredients were missing. I?d steppedout from a meeting to make the phone calls (5 total) and was shocked at her lengthy explanations / excuses as to why the foodwas so delayed (the deliveries are far apart, a delivery girl is sick, she is the only one working, etc...) and why I was wrongabout the food being made incorrectly. After 6 full minutes (I timed it) of going back and forth with her and 3 phone calls atthat point, I totally lost my patience and questioned her customer service skills...she then immediately questioned mine. Sheapparently forgot who the customer was. Since time is money, I think we paid about $500 for a salad, a bottled water and 2jalapeño poppers...which my wife said were good once they were finally delivered correctly - hence the begrudgingly added 2ndstar.
