I got the fish sandwich which I thought wasn't good at all. Fish was mushy. Will never order that again. I got an ice coffee... plain which was whiter than my sons vanilla one. It just tasted like ice and water with a hint of coffee flavoring in it. Worstmeal I've ever had at McDonald's. Read more
Multiple "Employees" literally just standing around, yet you could hear a manager explaining 4 people did not show up for work... that day. Not my place to tell you how to work your employees, but if you're paying people, they should be there to serve apurpose for your business. Not just to stand around in other employees way, and state aimlessly into space instead of picking upa rag and some cleaner to clean a plethora of surfaces which can never have enough cleaning performed. The sandwiches (12total), were very old, and almost inedible, luckily we had extra ketchup packets in the truck. It's highly unlikely I will beback. It is understandable that the entire country is going through staff issues, but there is always someone out there thatcan do a good job. Just have to hire the right ones... Read more
One star because zero is not an option. NEVER go to this place. The lady's name is Tonya that is rude and thinks she runs the... universe. Ask a question about why you're being upcharged for a meal and she will cuss you out and refuse to give you yourorder, or your money back, then she'll call the cops because you refuse to allow her to steal your money. This is not my firstrodeo with this "employee" at this location. Previously she pulled a similar stunt and allowed a door dash worker to assault mein their store, all while claiming she was the manager. I called Jeaneane Lilly who is supposed to be the owner of thisestablishment and she said she'd look into it, well low and behold this psycho employee is still working at McDonald's in gbcand still just as rude and ugly as always. I have videos of both incidents because I know how this lady is, so I will likely besharing those since ownership doesn't think they should do something about an abusive psychotic staff member that is ruining thepersonalities of everyone she is around. Also Jeaneane, I left you a voice mail, and sincerely hope you take the time to callme back regarding this continued abuse by YOUR staff. Worst experience with McDonald?s. It?s like they don?t know how to read the complete order on a screen. Ordered door dash and... I monitored when my food was ready and when the driver arrived. The food did not get done until after the driver arrived. Myfood was super cold my french fries were stale and they couldn?t even give me the right sauce for my nuggets. I called up thereto speak with the manager and all she did was get an attitude be rude lie and make excuses. She tried to lie and say that theDoorDash driver didn?t get there till 20 minutes after the order was done which was not the case because I spoke with thedelivery driver and they were still making the food when she arrived. If only our McDonald's in Canton could be more like this one. It's not perfect, but it's so much tidier and friendlier, and... it's a good place to take a break from DoorDashing. Does the Lilly family own this location too? It seems to be too good forthe show they usually run. Read more
McDonald's food is not the best but for the price I think it is amazing. They are the epitome of fast food restaurants and serve... quality food. I always enjoy it when I go here. A nice friendly environment. If you do not like lots of noise I would notrecommend going because lots of people go there and it is usually quite loud. Read more
