They argued with me and said they would give a discount on my purchase. I don'twant a discount, I want what I ordered. Heard great things about the pizza ordered 2 one was okay and the other well done and not so good
My family and I order here for the first time yesterday. We did a family special for 2 larges, one speciality and one up to 3... toppings. It was priced at $21.99 online. We were charged well over that. They tried to tell us we ordered two speciality pizzasand there was nothing they could do. I talked with the manager and they told me chicken is a speciality item and that was whathappened and they could do nothing. This place literally did not want to solve an issue that they caused. It took almost 2 hoursfor us to get our delivery when we were told it would be about an hour. Needless to say we will not get pizza here again. By farworst customer service ever and very rude with customers. They clearly do not care about their business. Read more
I would give ZERO stars if I had the option. Worst possible customer service Ive ever been witness to. For everyone's sake, do... not trust their website's prices. Just do not order here period. They do not care about their mistakes or about their customers.They will not honor what their prices should be and they should be deeply ashamed of the way they treated us. Read more
They took over 2 hours to deliver our pizza when we were a 10 minute drive from their location. We attempted to call them and... they didn?t pick up the first 2 times. We attempted to call 20 minutes later and they seemed to not know where our pizza was.However the delivery lady was nice. Read more
Milano's Pizza is GOOD. I come to visit Mabank, TX oh so often and when I do, I get to experience Milano's Pizza. Delivery... service is fantastic. Pizza is cooked perfectly. The crust isn't hard at all. Reason for my 4 star is because the Supreme Pizzais salty. It could be because of all the meats added. I'd suggest adding other variations to counter the saltiness. We ordered and picked up a to go order last night. It was 2 small pizzas and 2 different types of pasta. Got home with it and... the pastas were more like soup as they were extremely runny and bland. We decided ok well at least we have pizzas too. Took abite of the pizzas and the dough was not fully cooked. Therefore we had to throw it ALL away. The restaurant had closed by thetime we experienced this so we were not able to call and report the issues. We basically just threw away $35 and went to bedhungry and disgusted. We will not be eating here again. Read more
