If I could rate this location less than a one star I WOULD! Don?t waste your time or money. Empty restaurant with plenty staff... working and I saw the Manager get after our server to run her tables food from the kitchen window to us while 4-5 employees juststood around and passed by it sitting there. I was so excited to go here because I live in Austin and there hasn't been a dine in pizza hut there in forever. So I was... excited to be in a pizza hut again. I loved the atmosphere and and my friend and I was Reminiscing about old times. We orded apepperoni lovers with half black olives and hand tossed with light sauce. I swear that's the hardest order they ever heard. Thefirst pizza they came over and said sorry but they gave your pizza to a door dash and we put another in the oven for you. Okthat's fine Second pizza was wrong black olives over the whole thing and it didn't have a lot pepperoni like it should I sent itback but she acted like it was an inconvenience for her The third pizza was stuffed crust the olives were right the sauce wasn'tand neither was the pepperoni She brought it over and was like sorry they didn't listen. You shouldn't even have brought it tous you should have fixed it if you knew it was wrong and they only discounted 50% Terrible staff! I usually love Pizza Hut and I love their salads. However, I felt that you could taste all the preservatives on the produce from... the salad bar. It looked scrumptious! It just wasn't as good as it looked. The pizza on the buffet was alright nothingextraordinary. Unlike other pizza places you couldn't request certain pizzas. That was a bit of a let down, buy they had a goodvariety of pizzas and pastas. The service was very good even though they were busy. Read more
