Does the GBC store ever open in time? They open at 6 am every day except Sunday and I?ve pulled in between 6:15-6:45, like... today, and they weren?t open. It happens way too often for it to be an ?oopsie?. Read more

Sonic is always a hit for drink and snacks. It is decent quality and mostly fairly priced. Gun Barrel City Sonic has been a... winner since I first patronized them 11 years ago. Husband loves the diet limeade with strawberries and I'm a half unsweetenedtea/half lemonade person. Also, who doesn't love tots?? Read more

Got to be the worst sonic on the lake right with malakoff and eustace. If u want good food go to seven points, kemp or kaufman... but this place is hands down geeeerrrrrossss. Employees really have no care. My food is always cold for the last time I rest mycase we won't be returning congrats bartons you have succeeded in losing my family's business after 8 years loyal. Literally for months every time I go here my order is wrong, you order how it comes its wrong, order a large side and they give... you a medium. The food is so good but don't plan on getting it the way you want because that won't ever happen. Read more

Do NOT EVER use the Sonic App at this location. Basically, staying away from the Gun Barrel Sonic is the Best Idea all together.... It?s a shame the business that this Sonic could do if they offered quality food & somewhat reasonable customer service. Forweeks, when I tried to order the App would not be in service, then today I was so excited it actually allowed me to place anorder. But sitting within a quarter of a mile of the GB Sonic apparently isn?t close enough to get your order placed at thecorrect location. The young lady working the window has not been trained in customer service. And the young man claiming to bethe manager also needs the same training. Someone from my family stops in to pick up food or a drink from here nearly every week. The last time I was picking up an order... for the whole family, I ordered the double patty melt. I didn't receive what I ordered. I called and talked to the manager, whowas very nice, and they said the next time I was through there, they would make me one. Stopped in today and a nice young ladycomes out to tell me that they have removed this item from the menu but they still have the items to make it and will get me onemade. After a minute another woman comes out to tell me they have not had that in 4 months and do not have those ingredientsanymore and I'm not on their list anymore so there is nothing she can do. I knew it had been several weeks, but not that long soI looked it up. It was discontinued on February 27th but they still make items with those ingredients and the patty melt isstill the first advertisement here when you come to make a remark. I also dislike the app. It never works and I'm told that wecan only get the deals if we use the app. Maybe just put the deal on the board. Read more
