I realize some have had a bad experience at this location but let's face it. This isn't Dallas or another major metropolitan... area. With that being said I've visited this location several times. Despite having much less staff then must other locations,they've always worked hard to get my orders out and still managed to maintain a great attitude. However tonight I went in with avery special complicated order that my daughter had found on Tic Toc. Now we Dad's always want to be the hero so I went forbroke. The manager looked at the drink on my screen shot and said " yeah I can make that" and make it he did. Yes I got to bethe Starbucks hero thanks to these folks! Thank you for going above and beyond! You could have just as easily said " I can'tmake that"! I would highly recommend this location. All I can tell others is remember where you are and cut these folks a littleslack. They are working hard. Not many workers these days care about giving the effort to help a Dad be his daughters hero. Read more
Ordered 7 coffees had a mix up with two of them and guy at drive thru wouldn?t help fulfill my order said I was ?hold up HIS... line? when I had one car behind me on a rainy day. Worse service I?ve ever had at this location. Read more
Almost evertume I go in to get my online order, they see me standing there and don't even say a word, but will talk to other... customers as they come in. It's just poor customer service. I've tried to give them the benefit of doubt but it's like all thetime. Do better!! Read more
First bad Starbucks review: Worst service from a Starbucks. I?m a Starbucks long time customer. I visit almost on a daily. I... only come here when I?m in town but usually visit the Ennis location and others. I come here maybe once a week. I can tell youthey get it wrong 9 out of 10. Most of the time just not complaining because I?m in a hurry. Today I wanted my coffee the way Iordered and asked for xtra cream. They made a big deal about it. Also the app doesn?t charge xtra cream but they insisted I payfor it. I ordered 8 pumps of syrup but my drink tasted like it had no sugar. All the employees were acting upset. I honestlydon?t get what their deal is. My coffee was $5.03 ?. It was not free so why act like I?m trying to get something for free? Ispend at least $100 a month on Starbucks. Unfortunately I have a thing for coffee! I really feel this maybe a personal agendatraining issue. I have 2 friends who happen to be brown and they also always have this issue here. Yes, I?m that girl with the customized order who takes 5 minutes to order her food/drink! (Sorry not sorry!) This staff (shout... out to Tammy and Paragraph for being a-ma-zing) has always been so patient and kind with me! I love my Starbucks and I use to bepart of the team (in Seattle). I've ordered the same drink for over 5 years. Every location seems to make it different, not to mention that it has gotten... nastier over time. I don't know if it's the employee turnover or Starbucks changing the quality of their ingredients. Thislocation in particular makes the drinks terrible EVERY time. AND this is a grande size, only they fill it like it's a tall andthen overload it with whip cream. Do the EMPLOYEES not understand that this totally throws off how the drink is actuallysupposed to taste?!! Read more
I ordered the wrong drink and the gentleman explained the difference between the two and was very friendly. Didn't complain or... act annoyed that I was changing my order at the window after ordering at the intercom. Supreme customer service, wish I hadgotten his name! Read more
