Restrooms were completely out of soap and toilet paper in all stalls both women and Men bathrooms! Makes me wonder how employees... Wash their hands before heading back to work. When I mentioned it to a manager she was pretty snotty about it! Read more
For the third time they've just not given me part of the meal I've ordered and were adamant that their system said they didn't... have it, despite the receipt on my app saying otherwise. I understand that they're swamped here, and I was willing to overlookthe first two times as flukes, but this is becoming a consistent issue. Not one star because they're always so busy, so I don'twant to blame them too much, but not any higher because I'm missing half my meal. Read more
We stop in to eat on our way back to Salida. We visited the restroom before ordering our food. There was no toilet paper, a... dirty diaper laying in there I'm guessing because the trash receptacles were overflowing. The bathroom was filthy to put inmildly. I spoke to a young man at the front who identified himself as the manager. I shared the above with him and his responsewas "we are short of help" nothing else. I responded "while I understand this you still need to maintain your restroom or lockthem." He just stared at me. Respectfully to put toilet paper in there and empty the trash would take him less than 5 minutes.My husband stated the toilet in the men's room was 'out of order' as well. Our group did not stay to eat. We worried what othercleanliness was being skipped due to being 'short of help'? The restaurant was not busy. This happened on Sunday August 14, 2022around 8:15 pm. Not the average McDonalds fries are always cold and taste like they?ve been out for the past 6 hours. Don?t order any bakery... items I can guarantee you they will be stale. The employees don?t seem to care about the quality of the food they are givingout. I wish rate 0 stars if I could. This specific McDonalds is probably the worst I?ve been to. Read more
Food from here is absolutely disgusting, worst McDonalds in the country? I?ve been here at least 100 times, due to convenience,... and maybe 30% of the time the food is fresh enough to eat (which is always an imperative for McDonalds) or they get my orderright. Idk, probably the laziest, least proud, dirt bag of a franchisee that owns the place? textbook Gunni dining. Anyonerating this place 5 stars was either a lucky one-time goer, is huffing paint, or was raised eating out of the trash. Read more
