I usually love this subway, but tonight absolutely awful! I don?t know how this can be possible, but they were over staffed and... it ruined our meals. There was one woman who must?ve been from corporate or higher up that was being very abrasive. She wasconfusing everyone because she was micromanaging everyone?customers included. I was trying to use coupons and she immediatelytook over my order when she saw coupons in my hand and did not give me the sandwich that I wanted. My boyfriend?s sandwich wasprobably right, but we wouldn?t know considering he didn?t get it. Because she was rushing everyone his sandwich seemingly wentout with the gentleman in front of us. When we got to the register I tried to used two coupons which the cashier rudely told uswe could not do even though I?ve done it before using the same promotion. So, we did not get the food we wanted, we paid morethan we were intending and the service was so bad we didn?t feel it would be productive to go back. They were out of sooo much stuff. Had only 3 chip choices. The service was good though.
It's a subway and most subways are pretty consistent. The guys in here were hustling and taking care of a rather large lunch... crowd. They were doing really well. The place was clean, the food was good and the service was excellent. Read more
I came back here to edit my review of this Subway, because I have seen a complete turnaround. The workers here are very polite... and professional and fun. They are also really good about making my sandwich the way I want it. The entire place had a lot ofcustomers but the workers were working hard and everyone had a smile on their face. The sandwich they made me was really yummyand I think much of this was because they actually listened to me. The food tasted very fresh and they were well stocked butwhat impressed me most was the way that the employees worked as a team. The employees were playful, friendly, professional,clean, hard working. Honestly one of the best experiences I have had in a Subway or really any restraunt lately. So disappointed? I went in late Tuesday around 9:30 pm. There were quite a few people in line. One guy was working the counter... by himself. While there was someone standing in the window behind the register mackin on a sandwich. I don?t know if this personwas an employee because they were not in uniform. They were in basketball shorts and eating over what looked like the preptable. Needless to say unprofessional. Kudos to the man doing everything that night. Read more

Pretty decent sandwich! Got my normal, and the staff were friendly and kind! The bread was a bit small for a 6? but... understandable, these things happen. A good impression for my first time in Gunnison! Read more
Don?t place any orders through the subway app since no one at this establishment can read or follow any sort of simple... directions?. Not sure how they can mess up the most basic sandwhiches but they managed to do so. Read more
