Our orders were correct and pretty quick but my boneless wings were barely warm. Waitress was good.
The "fall off the bone ribs" were anything but. They were tough! The garlic mashed potatoes tasted like there were no garlic at... all. Very disappointing meal. No longer have the desire to eat at the Guntersville, AL Applebee's!!!! Read more

OMG where do I begin. This had to be the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. First off I ordered Hennessy and they was out which I... was not told and I was served what they wanted me to have which was bottom shelf. My food was not made right at all broccoli wasHARD HARD HARD after I requested it be triple steamed. Wait staff was incompetent as far as the operations of the restaurantorders, very very slow and dispicable service and to top of off I WAS SICK FOR 2 DAYS after I ate the food. Food is always just so so. Always order the same 2 things because they are the only 2 things that are decent. Wonton tacos and... the 4 cheese Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. Every time, including this time, I have to specify fresh chickenwith extra sauce and extra sauce in the Mac and cheese, otherwise they're terribly dry. And what do ya know, they didn't let medown......it was the driest pasta and chicken I've ever had. I'm pretty certain they just gave me pasta before the cheese gotadded. Horrible experience. We LOVE Applebee's, and will continue to visit this location. The service was, as always, excellent, and the management is very... efficient and customer oriented. They have staff shortages in the kitchen, and our food took quite a while, and was cold when wegot it. We did not complain, simply informed Bryan, our server, and he had it reheated. We left a good tip, shook his hand, andwill ask for him the next time we eat there. We have no hard feelings, and will definitely be back. I only mentioned the foodbeing cold because I didn't want anyone to think I was complaining about the quality of the food. Read more
I ate here around 5PM today. When we got there we had a 10 minute wait even though most of the tables were empty. After we got... seated we were not expecting the food to be great. Come to find out, they only had 3 cooks working today. Even with only 3 cooksthe food came out amazing and quickly. The only issue we had was I got a cup of sauce and it came out cold. I let our serverknow and she immediately went back to the kitchen and made sure it was warmed up. I was not expecting great service or food dueto how most dine in restaurants are currently. I don't know what Applebee's has done to change, but it is amazing!! Read more
