My kids chicken nuggets were burned they couldn't even eat them. My son's fries were missing from his kids meal. I also asked... for no lettuce on my gyro and it had lettuce. They will not answer their store phone. Not happy at all. And also it was $40 andwe are still hungry... Not okay. Read more
Since this business doesn?t seem to answer their phone, I?ll just leave my complaint here. We had to wait past the window for 15... mins plus just to get a burnt chicken sandwich which they said was ?fresh? that?s why we needed to wait. And ICE cold fries.It?s fast food. Arrived at 12:53 on Sunday, pulled into the drive thru and did not receive my food and leave Arby's until 1:32. The drive thru... lady/cashier was super nice and apologized for the long wait. I think she was quite honestly the only person working. Severalpeople sat in line for a few minutes and left. Several more tries to go in but the door was locked. Beyond that, everything wasfine, but the wait was ridiculous. Hats off to the young lady inside manning the fort on her own!!!! Read more
They were rude. I travel for work and I asked that they cut my pecan chicken sandwich so that I don't drop it all over my car.... They used the small and infrequent pecans as an excuse not to cut my sandwich in half. They said that they weren't allowed touse sharp objects to cut the sandwich. They also said using anything else would cause cross contamination. They are lazy andwill never go far in life avoiding hard work. Read more

So we stood in line for 10 minutes waiting on our order to be took. The woman was running back and forth and serving food with... her bare hands and no hair net. If I need to specify the name I will. Went through the drive through and while the employee was nice enough our food was mediocre; fries over cooked and sandwiches... dry. BUT our debit card was charged 3 times instead on once. This was 5 days ago and it still has not been corrected even thoughwe have contacted the store and our bank. Read more
