This place was so nasty the pizza had been sitting out and was hard, I ordered a fresh pizza but it was so burnt and hard, I... stopped eating. The score is 73, we told one of the ladies that the crust was hard and she gets an attitude and says it's hardbecause people aren't eating it and it's been sitting out, they have timers, I've worked in a pizza place and it's only supposedto be under a heat lamp for an hour, not once while I was there did I see any of the pizza getting thrower away and fresh beingbrought out, I will probably never eat here again. My husband loved this place so this is a huge disappointment! Also, $27 for 2people, seems like alot for a dissatisfied meal.. Read more
It was 8:30 when we came to eat (google says they close at 10:00) They guy checking us out looked at his watch, but didn?t... inform us he was closing at 9:00. We went past the bar, the noodles were empty, the bar had half a pizza on it, nothing else. Wewaited, and they brought out 1 pepperoni pizza, and it was gone within seconds from the customers waiting. They brought a couplemore specialty pizzas, nothing I cared for, but nothing else. No garlic or cheese bread, no cinnamon rolls, nothing. Not worthpaying for dinner for 4 slices of pizza. Read more
If I could choose no stars I would. Really bad experience coming here, they had no soup, pasta or pizzas ready had to wait so... long and they never were able to put any soup or pasta out. There was like 4 people in the kitchen and nothing. The place wasdirty and there were no more than 4 tables at the time the place empty and still they could not have everything in order. Beforepandemic it was different I don't know if there's a new management but they really have to do better. Read more
Look, I know not to expect a top tier dinning experience when eating at a cheap buffet, but even this was a little much. The... restaurant was a disaster. The bathrooms looked like they hadn?t been cleaned in days. Something in the back hallway leading tothe bathrooms smelled like death. And on top of all that, it was very hot. My husband and I agreed this was the worst cici?sexperience we?ve ever had. It seemed like they were understaffed which is a problem for everyone right now and I totallyunderstand, but improvements can definitely be made as far as the cleanliness of the establishment as a whole. The girl who tookcare of us when we first walked in was very sweet and it looked like the staff were trying to stay on top of keeping the buffetfilled so they clearly have some pretty good employees. Staff couldn?t keep the pizza coming out fast enough for the number of people in the restaurant. Cinnamon rolls looked as flat... as pancakes. The cashier had no idea how to ring up for a free buffet coupon. Read more
The kids begged to go here, I was reluctant but quite surprised. Everything was fresh and yummy. Great service and very clean.... They were having issues with the games but they kindly remedied that for us. Definitely will come back. Read more
We got here @8:15 and everything was cold, the pasta was all put up, almost every single table was cover in dirty plates and... only 1 server was on the floor while we saw multiple come from the back. I was given attitude when asking about an item. Me andmy husband will not be back. It?s sad when we have basically stand to look for a seat with no garbage around it and when we findone the seats are nasty??supposedly they close @10 but they are already putting all the stuff up @8:59?! The pizza was over cooked and some people had to wait to even pay for their meal. To even eat. They didn't have any pizzas on... the buffet and the salad was old and brown. And they was out of salad dressing the only thing that was good there was the drinksfrom the Fontaine drink machine. And the cinnamon bun was over cooked on one side and almost raw on the other.
