I do not like leaving reviews, especially negative ones but tonight was honestly the worst service I have had in my life. I... understand that it is a holiday and it's kind of crazy but you still have to do your job, I work in customer service so I trulyunderstand how crazy holidays can be. Every other server was doing their job other than the one my group of three had, she didnot check on us once. The start of the night was great and there were no problems until we get brought out food but no utensils,a good five to ten minutes go by before I finally stop a waitress from another table to let her know we never got utensils andthen a busboy brought them out to us. When they brought out our food I did not get the main course of my meal just the sides anddid not get it until they brought my table the check. They only brought me the food after I flagged our waitress down afterfinally seeing her on the floor doing something instead of looking at my tables direction from the kitchen door area. Theydidn't split the check either like they were supposed to but whatever that is a small easy to fix mistake but honestly justawful service. We arrived and stood up front for seating 5 minutes. I finally asked if anyone was working the desk. Lita finally came from the... kitchen and sat us at a 2 man table, very crowded around us. We asked for another table and she said it was all she had. Nope.There were plenty in the next section which wasn't overcrowded. She just didn't want to honor our request. I was so disappointed in this restaurant, I have went here many times over the years with no complaints. But my visit... yesterday was totally unacceptable! My wife and I went in and were seated right away, we waited at our table for 20 minuteswithout being acknowledged, while tables around us were being served. I told the manager that we would not be going somewhereelse for lunch and would not be back. She didn't seem to bothered by the situation which tells me we were not the 1st tocomplain. Dinner crew is disorganized and fail simple service points (greet within 2 minutes of seating, refill drinks, bring items asked... for) but the breakfast crew is absolutely on point! I?ve been going to this Cracker Barrel location basically my whole life and it?s always been great! The pancakes are heavenly... and the gift shop is always so tempting ????. The staff stand out as extraordinarily friendly and inviting. I?d recommend thisplace for a nice family breakfast Read more
The food was honestly mediocre, but it really kinda sucked to be seated next to tables with a server on top of his tables, but... we didn't see our's until at least 10 minutes after. I want to chalk it up to be sat in the wrong section but even the food cameout cold. It just felt like the server forgot about us and all I can say is don't take a 2 table seating. Read more
