Nope, Absolutely not? We had to go somewhere else. Bad/rude customer service, cold stiff food.
Our party of 8 were served nicely with smiles and great attitudes by Toni, Alexis 1 and Alexis 2 (I've misspelled, sorry????),... The food was fresh and delicious. The cooks and servers patiently served us without frustration because it was near closing timeand they had families to go home to. They really took pride their job!?? And because of that, we will return when we're back inthe area again. Read more
We went to have breakfast here Saturday morning our waitress Tivoli was absolutely the most wonderful. She made sure we didn't... have to want or need anything as she made sure we had everything we needed. Got all of our orders correct and a wonderfulpersonality. She has been a waitress for 25 yrs and it shows. What blew our minds it was her first day on that job. Shedefinitely needs a raise she is exceptional. The food absolutely wonderful as well. And I cannot say in words how extremelywonderful that gravy biscuit was. It was truly divine, hot, fluffy, creamy gravy it was truly one of the best things I haveever eaten. I will definitely be going back it is so worth a drive from Huntsville to Guntersville. Read more

Didn't know till we got there, and still on menu, but they NO LONGER serve french toast. That's the dish I always order. But,... they kept apologizing, manager came to the table to apologize. They went above and beyond to make my visit special, although Icouldn't order my French toast. They made me toast on the grill, and offered to add powdered sugar, just to try to make it asclose as possible. So, A+++ on service. Read more
What an Excellent dining experience. We have been to so many places where if you come in close to time for them to close you are... treated like an outcast. NOT HERE. Everyome here seems like friends and famoly and they treat you the same. Food was perfect ineveryway and service was above and beyond!!! Couldnt have been happier! Read more

Jennifer was our waitress, and I can't say enough about her personality! She was all smiles, and we never wanted for anything. ... She is definitely an asset to your company. The food was amazing! Perfectly cooked, seasoned, and the best Huddle House we'veever eaten at. The cooks need to train other cooks, because these 2 were awesome! Our pancakes were fluffy and sooo tasty!
