I have gone 2 times. Staff appeared uncaring which is fair they are overworked and understaffed a lot. The first time the pizza... was undercooked the second time it was a bit overcooked so I have not found the middle yet. The service was a bit slow even fora hot and ready and I was not told it would be a minute they just rung me up and left me standing there. We went Thursday evening and got 2 pep pizzas, 2 crazy bread (my boys favorite) and 1 cheese bread. This had to be the nastiest... thing I have ever gotten at a restaurant. When I say the crazy bread was unedible, I mean it. My kids could've used these in theAmerican Gladiators. I wouldn't even eat them if I had the munchies. We kept them to show my dad the next day, to make a joke.But it was absolutely money wasted (almost $30). The pizza was edible but definitely not the best I have had from here. Sometimes the pizza is good and fresh other times it's not. Always check before you leave.
Always consistent with quality and customer service. The food is always delicious and the price is always affordable.
Only had two on duty, was handling it but was not taking on line orders die to short staff. Food was good as usual. I order here... often and will continue to do so. Read more
Not only could they not get the order right, they barely managed to cook it. The breadsticks were hard as rocks, the pizza... wasn?t cooked completely and out of 7 ranch dip sauces we got NONE. Charged a delivery fee when it was for pick up. It reallyisn?t that hard to run a pizza shop. Read more
If I could give this place 0 stars I would? forts of all a couple months back I ordered pizza and wings online for pickup.. get... there and they don?t have any wings so they said they would put the money back on my card .. never happened.. I let it go bc Imoved and use Boaz store now.. well last Saturday I ordered online as I always do and upon my confirmation email I realized itsaid guntersville store instead of Boaz so I called guntersville to ask them to please cancel my order idk what happened andapologized.. keep in mind ordered pepperoni pizza and a cheese bread things they always make? anyways the unbelievably rude ladyon the phone scolded me like I was a toddler and then hung up on me so I called back and asked her was she going to cancel myorder and put my money back and she said yeah I will but I?m busy so it will be a later I said ok that?s fine thanks? now a weekhas gone by and the money is still not back on my card so I called them to see what was up I tell the situation and get passedto another employee an older lady with an accent (who I?m pretty sure was the same rude one from before)I tell her and she hangsup on me and now won?t Answer my calls so I?ve contacted corporate..
