We chose Moe's for our wedding after eating at 4 local BBQ restaurants. The pork, chicken, mac n cheese, squash casserole, ... beans, slaw(best we've had) and the incredible fried cornbread was a huge hit with our guests!!!! Everyone raved about how goodthe food was!!! First ever resturant review. Hopefully this will help future patrons. Ordered a pulled pork sandwich with slaw at noon on a... Thursday. It was brought out less than 1 minute later.....pork was room temp, bun was cool and crusty, and it didn't have slaw,which tells me they had this thing sitting around for a while. I asked for my slaw and got it. Nothing special about theflavor of the meat. Resturant was nice inside. Maybe i caught them on an off day, but couldn't recommend this place based onthis visit. I have eaten there twice this week. It is clean and the staff is nice and courteous. It was pleasant to just sit and eat.... Everything from the pulled pork, ribs, and smoked turkey with white bbq sause was great. The only complaint I had was the rub onthe ribs was too salty. I had to wipe it off and then add more BBQ. The sweet tea was great and the peach cobbler was just likemy grandmother's. I will definitely be back. Read more
The staff were good to us. Two very nice ladies were at the front desk to greet us. Just walk in order and sit where you want.... They were out of a couple of sides when we went so we didn't get to experience those. But we ended up getting a good mealanyway! I was surprised they had watermelon as a side! Very good. Their cornbread is AMAZING! Good BBQ too. A little on thepricey side but overall they are good. Read more
This was a cute little BBQ joint. The lady taking orders was very sweet and the cook was efficient. I would love to say this... was a fantastic stopping point, but there was really nothing super special about it. The BBQ was decent. The turkey was prettygood, but nothing really stood out to me. Ribs were over cooked and dried out, Mac and cheese was flaky so dried out fried green tomatoes were soaked in grease so bad... couldn?t eat them. Worst food I?ve had in the 20 years I?ve lived here. Very disappointed visit. Should have stopped when thatsaid we?re out of things. Read more
