We was waiting for our second drink in drive thru when we see them messing with the ice because it isn't coming out and the 2... girls working drive thru decide to start sticking their fingers into it to loosen it up. I never seen them wash their hands andone of them kept rocking her face to move her hair out of the way. When they did get it fixed they gave us the ice they wastouching and filled the cup completely up with hardly any Pepsi in it. Do better guys Read more
Ordered over my phone app from the booth. Food was prepared quickly and correctly. Was very happy with the service.
Normally I don?t have an issue with this location, but tonight I went and ordered 4 things total. I sat in the drive thru for a... good 25 minutes, I get home and open one of the burritos and there?s a dead spider inside of the wrapper. food was sloppy andhalfway warm. Do better taco bell! They always fail to provide eating utensils so be sure to double check before leaving as well as for sauce, they will ask you if... you want sauce and it will be on the receipt but they will not put it in the bag. Most employees are on edge and rude includingthe manager on duty. Read more
They are too high priced, and also expressed being a franchisee they don't go by taco bell's prices, but their own. Forget the... commercials they are a lot higher. At times when every dollar counts, also better ask for condiments. & napkins or you'll getnone!!! Read more
Drive thru closed. One worker visible. Sign that said for faster service order at the kiosk. A family had been sitting and... waiting for food in the dining room when we walked in and after restrooms and discussing what everyone was going to get westarted our order at the kiosk. Part way through ordering, realizing the other family was still sitting there without food, weleft. Read more
Stopped here and tried to eat in and when we walked inside they told us the lobby is closed it was 9:40pm I believe so we went... to the drive though and we live in Scottsboro and whenever we arrived home this is what was in the bag.
