Walked in on Wednesday evening at 6:30pm. There was no one available to seat us and a few others standing at the front door... waiting to be seated. The restaurant was nearly empty. After 5 min of waiting, no one came to the host stand but observed 3male staff standing in a circle in the main dining area chatting and laughing, ignoring customers waiting to be seated. I recommend the wings especially the habanero it is sweet but also hot ????. Nachos are good and the bundles are delicious.
When we arrived it was a 20-30min , which turned into hour and 15 minutes . Once seated no one came to take our order after 30... minutes we left. Hour and 45 minutes wasted . The food is always awesome! It took us an hour from start to finish to receive our food. We did have to wait about 15 minutes to... be seated before we ordered. We needed extra time to look at the menu but the waitress took a very long time coming back to getour order. She was a good waitress otherwise. The facility was clean including the restrooms.
