Walked in on Wednesday evening at 6:30pm. There was no one available to seat us and a few others standing at the front door... waiting to be seated. The restaurant was nearly empty. After 5 min of waiting, no one came to the host stand but observed 3male staff standing in a circle in the main dining area chatting and laughing, ignoring customers waiting to be seated. I recommend the wings especially the habanero it is sweet but also hot ????. Nachos are good and the bundles are delicious.
When we arrived it was a 20-30min , which turned into hour and 15 minutes . Once seated no one came to take our order after 30... minutes we left. Hour and 45 minutes wasted . I’ve been here twice within the last two weeks. The first time was fine I guess the waitress tonight vantage of me paying... cash, I think her name was Kaitlyn? She did not give me the correct amount of change in because I gave her 50 and received avery little bit back I felt she took it as a tip … I called waited for a manager never heard back..... This is honestlycompletely unacceptable the second thing is I waited over an hour just to get seated and there were tons of open tables theysaid it’s because there are minimum cooks... I understand that but to be called up with a group of 4 who were more thanwilling to spend money. I feel mine was no valued at both my visits. This was one of my worst visits ever to buffalo wildwings. I would have been less mad if they didn’t call us and then tell us to go sit back down and wait longer we waiter longerthan what they told me. Never order take out from here. You have a 95% chance of waiting 15 extra minutes or getting wrongly prepared food. The latest,... in a long line of disappointing orders, I arrived to pickup an order(two burgers, both with cheese curds) but the cheese curdswe’re missing. The ‘hostess’ promptly disappeared into the kitchen for the next 15 minutes leaving myself and four othercustomers to wait. She finally reemerges with rest of my order which turns out to be drastically unequal portions. The burgerwas equally disappointing. A cold ‘blue cheese’ burger with only a hint of blue cheese but surprisingly, the avocado burgeractually had avocado on it A rare feat for this location. Don’t waste your time or money. Read more
My daughter and I went to this place after Shopping day in vernon hills we were passing by and we decided go for a drink and... some appetizers.. anyway we order are drinks wings, salad with chicken. Some fresh fries.etc we also ask my husband to come byand have a drink with us. So we were three people enjoying are afternoon in one of my favorite places. It was one of my firsttime going to a restaurant after this pandemic. Well restaurant was empty.. it took a long time to get are food. We don’t careabout that because we were not in a rush we were enjoying are drinks, finally we get are food. I start eating the salad first Ihad like four bites out of the salad I started digging in the salad. The salad come with horrible disgusting surprise in it omgwhen I lifted it up and discovered this thing in my salad it was one of the most disgusting days of my life this plastic clearglove inside out in my salad make my life sick for months I started puking I went to the bathroom I didn’t said anythingdon’t know what happened In between my husband and my daughter talking with the manager. I was in the bathroom for almost halfand hour anyway this make me sick for months my husband try to call corporation they did not do anything!! The food is always awesome! It took us an hour from start to finish to receive our food. We did have to wait about 15 minutes to... be seated before we ordered. We needed extra time to look at the menu but the waitress took a very long time coming back to getour order. She was a good waitress otherwise. The facility was clean including the restrooms.
