Food was terrible. Chunks of burnt chicken, soggy salad, shrimps maruchan size and cold. Food had no flavor. Go somewhere else.
Not a good experience overall with the Gurnee or Waukegan locations. They mess up my orders every time. I did receive a gift... card, however, I?m unable to use it for delivery or pickup so it defeats the purpose. Very annoying. There are much betterplaces to waste your money. Read more

Wait staff very good tho we had to search for them from time to time..kitchen was super slow...not busy in restrauant (20). I... waited for my meal 20 minutes longer after the rest of my table had their food! Probably won't go back or recommend. Read more
The Big Mouth Burgers are deliciouse so is the pasta. Had some problems with the pasta still being uncooked well but the manager... was able to resolve the problem. The French fries are Good and crispy. Read more

This Chili's rocks!... and here's why,: I placed an order on Friday to be picked up by 10:30pm the same night... well when I... realized that I wasn't going to be back at 1045pm; I called and was told to come on. I wasn't aware that they closed at 11pmthought it was 12am for friday and Saturdays unable to get back before 1045pm . Showed up at 11:05pm they were closed howeverthe manager Sergio and employee deante was able to give me chips and salsa.... long story short. Ordered again next day throughthe chili app and door dash, received my food was missing one thing which I called back and Sergio resolved the issue and madeit right for me ! I will go back and enjoy a meal there in person real soon !!! .. Read more
Nobody's food came out hot. The server did not stop by very often. The food was just ok. Not a great experience overall.
