2 Stars for the efforts of the server and for the person who did our wine tasting! I ordered the short ribs, they were good! My... Aunt had the Dana's Parmesan Chicken which was salty. We ordered extra potatoes that we eventually got at the end of the mealbefore we were leaving. My Sister had the Pretzel crusted pork chips, they were good and plentiful. My cousin had the salmon. Wealso ordered the egg rolls, which were good and the drunken shrimp, which we never got! My Honey ordered Soy Ginger Salmon...wewish they would have held the LONG HAIR! We also never got the final bottle of wine so we took it to go. The place was notpacked enough to forget so much. The response from the manager was like he couldn't care less. He (lied) and said they opened aweek ago (which is not true). It was as though once we returned the meal after IMMEDIATELY seeing the LONG HAIR we were nolonger thought about. The manager seemed to think it was no big deal because they decided on their own to comp the whole table.It was not a good time but for the wine tasting at the end. This is a newly opened restaurant in this area. The inside of the restaurant looks very nice. We ordered takeout so I can't say... too much about the services. The portion is on the smaller side based on the price. Box is big but mostly empty. These aredinner meals of $25-$30 per person on average. The food actually tasted not bad when it's done right. The most prominentproblem with our order was that the veggies were burnt (see picture). Sometimes a little bit of char on the veggies is good, butit was overly done in our food. Lorena was great, offered us some free wine tastings before ordering. Loved the wine and everyone enjoyed the appetizers and... entrees. Jambalaya was excellent as were medallion steaks and vegetarian enchiladas. This is my new favorite restaurant inGurnee! Read more

Food is excellent, lighting is way to bright for drinking wine with your significant other. Value is 10, food 10, wine 10,... ambience 3. It’s basically a winery to sell memberships disguised as a restaurant. This all being said still probably the bestrestaurant in gurnee area which is not saying much. This is the first time I ate this restaurant. I was here last night. The service was so great. I liked how our server if we had... any food allergies to start off before we ordered. Make a reservation before you go. Start out with the wine tasting in front 1-2 hours before your table is ready. It was a chill... and social atomsphere. We had such a fantastic experience with Maureen. She is amazing!!! She informed us about the differentwines to experience. Some were great and others were ok. Depends on your taste. Overall most were really good. We dined at theend of the night. Food was top notch. At the level you expect from other locations. Service was a little slow because they werestill busy. My mother and I visited Cooper’s Hawk while I was visiting Gurnee. The food, service and atmosphere was perfect. We had the... lettuce wraps and a blue cheese burger and both were delicious. Our server Ozzy made our experience very special. I was in towncelebrating my bachelorette and he surprised us with some truffles after our meal. I can’t say enough good things about thislocation.
