The food is great. Well, accept for their Chocolate coffee cake. That's just awful. My main gripe is that their brunch box says... 4 blueberry muffins yet I never receive 4 blueberry muffins. It's either 2 blueberry and 2 chocolate or 4 chocolate. Sometimeseven the bagels are 2 or more of the chocolate. Clearly they're not a huge hit and you're trying to get rid of them. Myreplacement order was even wrong. Do better. Read more
I come here often and the sandwiches are good but I keep getting pieces of egg shells in my eggs and that ruins it for me.
We went the Saturday morning to grab a bagel. While waiting we noticed that the cashier was taking money and then touching food... with same gloves on. As we kept watching I mentioned...Hey do you know your touching money and then food with the same gloveson? His reply, well it's a good thing the food is going in a 600 degree oven. I said REALLY! How about you get me a manager.His reply, I am the manager and smirked and shrugged his shoulders. Guess I'll have to find a new Einsteins. Read more

Don't get out here as much as I should but whenever I do, have always had great customer service, awesome fresh bagel sandwiches... and coffee. Venue is always kept super clean, extensive menu with reasonable prices and still continue to come back duringthese difficult times. I'm fortunate to still be employed full time and am able to support my family as well as ailingbusinesses such as these guys. As long as EBB keeps serving up their famous bagels & coffee with great service, I'll continueto show my support. Read more
I love my bagels and my experience here offered a great selection of savory bagels and great tasting cream cheeses on said... bagels! Service was always with a smile and the staff were friendly. My only complaint come from one who uses the internetduring most of my outings. With internet dropping occasionally, mixed in with internet speeds on average of 1 Mbps, I didn'tfind this place to be a conducive environment to do my online buisness. But that being said, this place of bagels had someamazing options to satisfy your bagel itch! Read more
Waited to get my order taken and pay when no one was behind the counter except for one dude making sandwiches. Was told at the... register the girl couldn't take my order I would have to wait somewhere to her left to have someone show up to do that. Noseating available inside. No crowd control devices to control the flow of customer traffic. No signs saying "order here" and"pay here". No customer service. Wouldn't know if the food is good because I left after that wait and interaction to go to anestablishment that was willing to take my order and let me pay them for food. Read more
