Meh, many years ago, there was one in Libertyville. I haven't visited one since then. The one thing that has improved is the... fries, they aren't soggy. The "hamburger" is really a double cheese hamburger and quite greasy as are the fries (not soggy butgreasy). And after filling a paper cup with fries, the remainder of the bag was pretty much filled up. I usually don'tcomplain about being given too much food but this was simply too much. Had a terrible experience here yesterday. Ordered online for a quick pickup. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for it. Had to check in... with the staff three times before they finally pulled my food off the counter. It sat there cold for 45 minutes when all theyhad to do was hand it to me. Don't understand.
