My Jamba experience was very unpleasant yesterday. While I was waiting for my drink yesterday I seen and heard the manager use... vulgar language to her members. She is very violent to her members verbally and physically. Another incident that I saw was shegot angry and grabbed her member by his hair and took him to the back which isn?t safe for the work. This place closes whenever they want to. This is at least the fourth time we tried going and they were closed way before the the... posted hours. Must be nice to choose your own hours..I might apply for a job here so I can do whatever I choose... Read more

Used to love coming here. Every time I come back the service gets worse. While I was there today, the workers were talking to... some shoppers I can only assume were their friends. This went on for about 10mins while we ordered and waiting for our 2 drinks.There was a family in line behind us that ordered one drink. Eventually their friends left and we waited for another 10mins. Thefamily behind us received their drink while we were still waiting. Finally, we asked where our drinks were and they claimed theyalready made them. The man took the receipt and attempted to throw it away and not remake it. We requested the receipt back andfinally got our drinks. All the employees were gathered in the back talking. I also want to add the men and women had long hair.Some of them didn?t even have their tied. I didn?t see one hair net, not even management. This is a health code violation. Ran by people who don't know what they are doing and dm's won't answer to assist with issue. Hopefully they can get this... resolved I used to love this place but definitely needs an overhaul. Will not be back until stuff is fixed. The only positivethat came out of this 35 minute fiasco I got 3 of the 4 drink I came for free. Read more
