jersey mikes is so slept on, it?s crazy. out of all the fast food sub sandwich places, mikes takes the crown. their Italian is... super good, but make sure you get it mikes way with mayo, and jalapeños or the cherry pepper relish; don?t forget the rosemarybread as well. surprisingly, they have an amazing philly cheesesteak as well, load that up however you?d like, and it comes outfire. workers there too are polite as well. Disgusting, and employees filthy I went in there and two young guys were working with no masks. One was SITTING on the counter... where food is prepared on his phone. The counter itself where they prepare the sandwiches was very dirty as well. As they weremaking the sandwiches, I noticed how unbelievably filthy their clothes were. Ratty sweatpants with holes, and both of theirclothes looked like they had been camping outdoors in the rain for a week in those clothes. So much grime, dirt and food onthem. One of guys long sleeve "white" filthy shirt was near the sandwiches he was preparing hanging by his wrist. It was sodisgusting. I lost my appetite and will not go back. Worst place ever. Love their subs, but this location has the worst customer service. Had to ask twice for the employee wear... gloves while making our food. Took forever to get service, although there were 4 employees and no other customers. One employeeeven sat on the counter. I think the owner/ manager needs to check on their business. Will stick with my favorite Jersey Mike'sin Waukegan. They get 5 stars. Read more
I've eaten here several times and each time I've enjoyed the food a lot. Very well prepared, and friendly employees each time... too. If I were to suggest one thing that could make things even better there, it would be for them to get that coke machinethat let's you select various flavors. An expanded beverage selection would be amazing. Aside from that, 5 stars throughand through. Read more
They were really good. I had the chicken filly cheese steak and my daughter got something else she really likes. The best part... is they have gluten free bread! She feels safe there because they make her sandwich in another room. Read more
