Only issue is the manager. I got charged twice for ordering on the app. I called the store saying I put an order in twice by... mistake and to cancel one. They stated that there was no order and that the app was the problem. Ok fine but it still chargedme. I basically had to do a back and forth battle with the manager about the issue and he said that he could continue torepeating himself all day but he won?t do anything about it. That was a disappointment because I was charged for it anyways andnever got anything in return. He said that because it was the ?weekend ? that the charge would just fall off in a few days. Wellit?s been a week and still there. He was rude about the whole situation. Funny thing is i actually tried to order again and thistime call it in, another rude experience. I?m out of the radius for them to deliver smh ok?(nothing we can do about that whichis understandable). But even talking to him on the phone he talked with such an attitude. Stop being rude with your customers ismy advice to him. Such a disappointing experience. Wish it was handled more professionally. Won?t be ordering from this locationthat?s for sure. ???? Its SUMMER & its picnic time.Waited till the last minute to think of 'a dish-to-pass'. I call the store to ask how long it... would take them to put together 10 boxed lunches [ 5 adult & 5 kiddie lunches ] The manager very nicely reminded me ???????? onthe website they would LIKE 24 hours notice but when did I needed this order by??? Putting aside the fact that I am a former Jimmy John?s manager, I ordered one sandwich for delivery and the driver was... incredibly rude and/or intoxicated. I was about to call the police because I don?t think the driver was okay to be driving atall, let alone threaten me with violence. Will never order from this location again. Read more
Maybe it's due to the situation of the current times, but countless times after ordering online, I'll receive a call stating... that they have no delivery driver or if delivered the sandwiches taste off. I really like jimmy John's, what a shame. Read more
