Not the same. We ordered two 18 inch sandwiches and the bread was Way over toasted. I called to let them know after I took 2... bites and though professional - tried to justify that the bread was fresh. Which is was but WAY over cooked. When I went toexchange them. One worker was very professional but the other had an attitude. He used the same meat and ingredients on thenew sandwich. Who does that - after a person bit off it. I did not say nothing because it is a reflection of the Owner whoapparently approves this behavior and the Jimmy John?s brand? always went to Jimmys, will never return?ever. Read more

My sandwich was more like a lettuce sandwich than a Beach Club and they are not friendly there at all.
Very bad experience with online order with delivery. The order took over 1.5 hours to arrive and when it did items were... missing. Update: The store did try to make it right providing me with free cookies and credit. But it was still aninconvenience, however I'm adding a star for that Read more
Stop ordering delivery unless you want your sub sitting outside! They will not ring the bell or call you. When you call to... complain, they will hang up in your face. Horrible! Read more
