7:30 pm KFC only had dark meat and only serving Cole slaw and French fries. That is truly disappointing.
Wouldn?t recommend this KFC location, was out of a lot of things on the menu I asked for and staff was very rude. When I went up... to pay they didn?t say anything the whole entire time. Ok, we stop here occasionally because it is a Long John Silver's as well as a KFC but no more! About half the time we come here... for fish they say they don't have any or it will be a 30 minute wait. My wife went there today to get chicken and they said itwould be a 25 minute wait! FOR CHICKEN..... AT A KFC! We will be going to the one in Waukegan instead from now on. Read more

It a nice clean store but I had a problem when I was the 1st person in the store and the last one to leave talking about there... was a wait on the chicken littles very unacceptable then they didn't make it how I wanted it so guess who had to wait some moreyes just a waste of time had to get a refund and the manager had a attitude and forced the money in my hand Read more
They are always messing up our orders! Their chicken is always soggy even when you order extra crispy. Horrible customer... service. The only thing I've ever had good here was a pot pie. Ever since then, it's been horrible. In Racine, our KFC's arealways fresh and know not to play around with people's food. People out here are just idiots who like to play around whilepeople are waiting on their food for over 20 minutes, and they still mess up your order! Maybe they need to close these rundownones down, and open ones that are going to be there for the customers! Just my opinion!!! Read more
If your going to close your dinning room at least put up a sign! It's really ignorant to make people park and come to the door.
