The prices and sizes are absolutely ridiculous. Their website lists extra large pizzas as feeding 4-5 people -- what? These... wouldn't feed 4 preteen children and they cost $25 a piece. They are 16" tops...an extra large should be 18-20", youcheapskates. Their physical sizes are conspicuously missing from their website...pretty important information for customers toknow, don't you think? Especially if you are going to call a medium pizza "extra-large". How big are the smalls, then? 6inches? To add insult to injury: I placed an online order at 3:30pm for 6:45pm pickup. I show up at 7pm and it isn't done yet!It wasn't ready until 7:15pm...are you telling me that you can't prepare two medium pizzas to be ready to eat within 3hours? God **** am I mad right now. I ALWAYS stop at Lou's when I'm in the city and I don't ever remember the prices being sounfair and the portion sizes so small. Inflation is 9% not 90%. After this experience, I promise I will NEVER give this companyone single cent. I only hope that someone will see this review and it will change their mind on where to spend their hardearned money. PLEASE, not here. Read more

I ordered a deep dish pizza and got a regular piece of pizza. I was ready for all of the thickness and was sadly disappointed. ... Maybe we'll have to try another establishment or Giordanos instead. Read more

Placed a curbside pickup order to be picked up at 750pm. Arrived around 745, but waited in pickup spot. There were three workers... in the front area. Sat in my car until 807pm and finally called b/c workers all retreated to back. Lady was nice but kepttelling me she couldn?t see the hotbox and no one was in front because they all went home for the night. I tried to explain toher that I could see them there at one point and then they left and all went to the back while I was sitting in the space outfront. She said she would go to check to see if my order was ready and I was confused because it was supposed to be ready over15 minutes ago. She could bring it out to me and added an extra thing of cookies but regardless customer service is a littlelacking. Read more
