This is my neighborhood coffee shop. They are always super busy, but, have friendly staff! Even at 6:00am! I stopped by for... coffee and a breakfast item and the gal at the window was very friendly and cheerful, with a great smile on her face! Once i gotto work i noticed the message on my muffin bag! Lines are way too long. Gurnee likes their drive throughs too much. The store also places priority on the drive through

This is my fallback store when my regular store is too busy or out of something. Coffee is usually on point and staff is... friendly and attentive. Will continue to visit this location. Read more

Sadly, I feel uncomfortable here each time I come in the morning specifically Alex and Maddie create a space and energy that I... am I not welcomed. I see them treat others better. Idk if it is because I am a Black person but other baristas are kind andhelpful to me. But those baristas are also people of color. I know Gurnee has issues with prejudice, I hoped that with thetrainings that Starbucks did, it would feel different. I live in the area and this is the closest and only coffee shop & I don?twant to spend my money in a place where I am made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. So again, sadly I am not able to get mypumpkin latte because I don?t want my money going to places that I am not welcomed. It is 2022, ya know. I'm really super disappointed when ordering on the app that the location doesn't even carry sugar free vanilla. I'm EXTREMELY... limited in what I can even get at Starbucks and my go- to drink I couldn't even get here because of this. You ought to rethinkthat. Hoping what I ordered will taste ok but I am pretty let down that you don't carry options for those who can't have loadsof sugar. Read more

The last 6 months I've gone inside they have been way behind and don't seem to listen to what you ask for. I've dropped my... rating because of this. My two last visits I've waited 15 minutes or longer, been asked multiple times what my order was. Hadpeople who ordered after me get there order before me and they have gotten my name wrong both times. I'm extremely tired ofpeople not listening to what you tell them. They apparently do not care at all. Costs way to much $$$ for this kind of service.I'll go to a different location or just not go. Read more

Friendly, helpful staff. One guy saw my kid spill hot tea into our laptop and came to give us wipes right away. Home wifi is... broken, so we came for some internet time. Stayed masked and distanced as well as we could. Staff was masked properly the wholetime, and very responsive to request or questions. Read more
