Not sure if they have a full menu here like other venues not located within another business. I remember when my 2nd son was... born in NM Lake Forest, there were certain drinks on the menu the Starbucks didn't make. Either way I've always had the sameconsistent friendly service as any and the drinks always have the same great taste. Convenient to have in the store rather thanmake a separate stop elsewhere. Worst Starbucks coffee I?ve ever had, they must keep beans out in the open or something cause it was terrible. Place is filthy... no half and half out and when I asked she gave me a plastic bottle. Boxes sitting all over in the way, One person working andservice was very slow, while I was waiting I saw 2 other customers walk out. Read more

I went in with my daughters on Sunday September 11, 2022. Worse customer service ever. First, with no customers in, the employee... not also failed to greet, she did not asked what we wanted, and spent her time looking around and preparing a coffee for the"invisible man"(no one was there). I waited 6 minutes and nothing. I decided to leave the place. Management should look intotheir employees lack of customer service skills. Read more
