This is not a store to place an online order with as they have made mistakes every time I tried. I always order a BLT wrap and I... have gotten a BMT (not a ham or pepperoni fan), ingredients I didn't want on sandwiches (black olives), or items ( sides)completely forgotten. You can't leave without checking the bag which we learned too late! It's rediculous to have to open eachsandwich. Calling to complain doesn't resolve the issue as who wants to drive all the way back? The solution from corporate isto offer $2 off or a free cookie on your next visit. The owner just sends a copy and paste form letter to apologize whichdoesn't help when your meal is already over and they keep making mistakes. I'm going to try another store and hope for the best. We grabbed sandwiches tonight 3/10/22 and the customer service was excellent. Customer service places has been a struggle lately... and it was such a nice experience. The young lady working was so friendly and helpful, she made excellent sandwiches. Wish weknew her name to give her a shoutout. Read more
Very nice guy the gas station down the block said that his bathroom had plumbing issues we all know that was a lie. The nice... young guy told me and my buddy that we were welcome to use the bathroom at the subway.As we were traveling back home from atrip he was very nice and very humble towards me and my buddy. went here for a quick meal and the guy didn't even great me. He also, was making bread and wasn't paying attention. i had to... wait 8 min before he said anything. Then he wiped the counter off with one of the papers that they wrap the sandwich in. hmm Read more
Just left the place, like literally, the lady and the man behind the table were super nice. Gave us a nice chat. Thanks very... much for the service! Had to order some food, decide to do subway as it's cheap and quick. While picking up an order, 3 employees were not wearing... their face coverings, one of them had airpods in and was listening to the music instead providing customer service. I justwanted to get out ASAP. When I got home the sandwich was all smushed and did look like what I order, after looking back at thereceipt I was able to confirm that the sandwich was indeed not what I ordered. So far, I've visited the store 3 times and ofthem were not a good experience. Would not recommend. Read more
I will never be ordering from this location ever again. I made an online order and when I arrived at the store, they didn't... even know that an order was placed. Then, when they realized they started to make it, but the guy making it would not stopeating his ice cream as he was making my food. This is hands down the worst subway. Read more
