Food is great, service is absolutely awful. We have given it 5 chances. They forget you, get your order wrong every time. We... constantly have to go up and remind them of our food order. Every single time. There were people before us waiting over an hourfor their food. When they complained the employees said "This never happens" really? Lol. They need to get it together. It's nota one time thing. They charged us for things we didnt order, and made not attempt to rectify it. We went there with anothercouple and told them the stories and the couple experienced it for themselves with their order being completely wrong, and ushaving to remind them of our drinks and food that never came. If you want to go to a restaurant and wait forever, get treatedlike you are annoying them, and have to get up constantly to remind them to bring you your food, this is the place for you.Embarrassing Read more
After living in a neighboring nearby Town for 20 years close to Perry's I finally made it inside to check out this Restaurant. I... am sure glad that I did because my Dining experience was very pleasant and the food was delicious. There's a lot to choose frombesides Pizza at Perry's More Than Pizza. They have Sandwiches, Burgers, Salads, Ice Cream and many other items to choose frombesides Pizza. I told a young Lady behind the counter that I had passed this Restaurant many times in 20 years and never went inand now I'm glad I finally stopped in, I will definitely be going back. This place used to be great. One of my favorite places in town. They have great options, gluten free, cauliflower crust and... sandwiches. Things have gone seriously down hill during the pandemic. They get orders wrong constantly, food is delivered 20-30minutes past their already 45 minute delivery time and is often cold. Thought I would give it a try again tonight. Superdisappointed. I have yet to get my food. I called an hour and 20 minutes ago. My order is not complex. A salad, sandwich andbread sticks. I don't understand how this is acceptable. Okay Foodies, here's the FYI: fake cheese, pretty good crust, nice flavorful pizza sauce. But the fake cheese ruins it for me.... As in, imitation cheese not made from cow's milk - an artificial creation sold to restaurants and pizza parlors to save on foodcost. So very many pizza places use this "cheese" that many people think it's normal now. Toppings were not generous asreported elsewhere, service was very slow because of so many to-go orders even though there were only two other tables occupiedwhen we arrived. It's hard to find quality food on the Westside, so my hopes were high when I heard good things about thisplace, but I was disappointed.
