WORST, watered down Latte ever. We were traveling through on 9/20/22, on our way to Oregon. We stopped for a couple of Lattes... and 1 piece of Lemon loaf. Lemon loaf was predictably delicious. I am rating the facility a 2 star because they have not gotten the message from other ratings. This place is quite possibly the... most UNFRIENDLY Starbucks in their chain. This cannot be a company run store. Whoever owns or operates this facility needs aserious chat with Howard Schultz to discuss hiring and training of staff. The the drinks were fine but the staff of 4 girls weremore interested in talking to each other than even breaking a smile for a customer. Read more
We ordered online and picked up at Starbucks on Sparks Blvd in Sparks, NV. It was 6:30 am Sunday so there was hardly any... customers there. Our drinks were ready when we got there. Covenient location off 80. Parking was clean with handicap access. Read more
Given the location, and it's like an Oasis in a desert, it gets five stars. The staff was friendly and worked their tails off,... but seemed short staffed, as there were people inside waiting, and seven cars in the drive thru Sunday night. Not sure how busythey usually are, but the two behind the counter were fighting to get out of the weeds. Another person probably could have madea big difference. Take it or leave it. Staff seemed overly irritated with a simple hot chocolate question. Music was hyper loud and behind the... masks, none of us could hear eachother. Hot cocoa was good. The order was wrong, but it tasted good! Service was dismal. Read more
Experience at this Starbucks could?ve been a little bit better when I arrived onto the property the property was pretty filthy... with garbage everywhere. Did a mobile order, it said 10 minutes , so I get in my car and drive down the road takes about 12 minutes . went in 15 minutes... later I finally got a hot chocolate from some girl mad she's making drinks. Your mad at your manager for not having enough staffdon't take it out on me. Pastries girl was the only one that didn't seem overwhelmed. Also why do mobile orders if you can'tcomplete them on time ?
